Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably forseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to being a major failure.
What this Purchase policy covers
This purchase policy is to be read in conjunction with Artnitso & Co/Artnitso’s terms and conditions. It covers Products available for purchase via Artnitso.com, artnitso.thrivecart.com, or direct.
We use ThriveCart as our course platform and shopping cart provider.
Access to your online course account is for one user only.
Copyright and Our Products
Our products include, digital items, such as online courses, pdf downloads, and other digital products, such as eBooks, or images. Our products also include physical goods, including, but not limited to, artwork, hand-made art and craft items, art and craft supplies, or vintage items. They are subject to copyright. Please refer to the copyright terms under “Copyright and Intellectual Property” in our terms and conditions.
The third party product brand names, company names, and logos used in our products are the trademarks ™ or Registered ® trademarks of their respective owners. Our use of them does not imply any affiliation with, or sponsorship or endorsement by them.
Digital Products
Digital products include online courses, pdf downloads, and other digital products, such as eBooks, or images.
How long do you have access to a digital product?
Online Courses
While we’d like to keep our online courses running forever, things can change. You will have access to a course you have purchased for the lifetime of that course. In the event you purchase a course towards the end of its life, you will have access to that course for at least 12 months after purchasing that course.
Digital Products
Digital downloadable products, including PDF workbooks in online courses can be downloaded and kept forever for your personal use, subject to copyright.
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive a link where you can download your purchase. The link is available for 2 days after purchase, and you are advised to download your purchased product as soon as possible and before the link expires.
What about the digital and technical requirements?
Online course content is delivered online via the internet. Digital downloads, and workbooks included in online courses, are A4 paper size Adobe PDF documents. The PDF documents are encrypted and require up to date pdf reader software to download, such as Adobe Reader.
We encourage you, prior to purchasing a course, or digital download product, to investigate if an online course can be viewed, and if PDF documents can be read, and printed by the technical products you use. This may include, but not be limited to, electronic reading devices, desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.
Should you consider purchasing an eBook, we recommend that prior to purchase, you check that your computer, tablet, or mobile device can read the eBook’s format.
Do you offer refunds for digital products?
Refund requests for digital products, such as online courses, digital downloads, and eBooks must be received within 30 days of purchase.
When requesting a refund, please let us know the issues you are having with the product. We will do our best to help you use the product, or to remedy the problem if we can. We’d also like to know how we can improve the product to make it better for you. You can email us at louise{a}artnitso.com, or contact us via our contact page.
Please keep your original purchase invoice/receipt/email, as you will be asked to provide this as proof of purchase.
Please note that your access to the product will be removed once it has been refunded.
The refund monies will be returned via the original payment method.
Physical Products
Physical products include, but are not limited to, artwork, hand-made art and craft items, art and craft supplies, or vintage items. The are available either by shipment, or directly.
Shipping Orders
We will ship purchased orders in the order that we receive them. When your purchased item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number so you may know when you may receive your item, or if there are any delivery delays.
If an order has been shipped, and is delayed beyond 30 days (within Australia, or 60 days internationally), we will ship a replacement. The replacement will be the same as the original purchased item. If the delayed item is a one-off, or unique item, we will offer a credit to the same value as the purchased item, or refund the delayed item’s purchase and shipping cost.
Do you offer refunds for physical products?
Refund requests for shipped physical products must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery. Refund requests for items purchased directly must be received within 30 days of direct purchase.
Please keep your original purchase invoice/receipt/email, as you will be asked to provide this as proof of purchase.
If your item was shipped, when contacting us, please include your order number, your name, and email address with which you ordered the item.
If your item was a direct purchase, please provide your receipt.
When requesting a refund, please let us know the issues you are having with the product. We will do our best to help you use the product, or to remedy the problem. We’d also like to know how we can make the product better for you.
If the item is damaged, or faulty please let us know immediately via email to (louise{a}artnitso.com), or via our contact page.
You may be asked to provide photos that show the damage to the item. We will let you know if the item is to be returned for us to verify the damage. Should the item be deemed not to be damaged, you may be asked to meet the cost of returning the item.
Refund monies will be returned via the original payment method.
Seeking a refund?
Please contact us directly if you seek a refund. Should you raise a dispute with your financial institution, that financial institution charges us to process your dispute. For example, as at 8 December, 2021, the fees charged to us by Paypal to process a charge-back dispute is $15.00 Australian Dollars. Currency conversion costs may also apply.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within 3 business days.
